Volunteering at Trott's Garden
The Trott's Garden Charitable Trust volunteer team wants you to join them. We are always keen to welcome new members to use some of their spare time to help with The Trott's Garden activities. There are a variety of roles to choose from and our enthusiastic, friendly team appreciates all contributions. No matter what you get involved in, our volunteers are vital to the charitable works of The Garden and making sure our visitors get the best-ever day out.
These are just some examples of how you can help:
You don’t need to be an expert. Even if you don’t have green fingers, you can join our enthusiastic and friendly gardening team to help maintain the various areas of this wonderful garden with the guidance of the gardening team. Our gardener Leanne Davis leads the volunteer team and she can be contacted on firstname.lastname@example.org.
The lawn mowing team is led by the very able Lindsay Jones. They enjoy the opportunity to get out on the ride on and tidy up the lawns once or twice a week. If you are interested in joining this group please contact Lindsay on email@example.com .
You are welcome to join our enthusiastic and friendly team of garden hosts. This role greets visitors on arrival and points them in the right direction to get the most out of their visit to Trott's Garden. The Hosting team is led by Carol Haskett. You can email Carol on firstname.lastname@example.org
At times the garden is host to national and international garden tours and we provide them with morning and afternoon tea or lunch. The catering team is led by Margaret Rickard and you can contact her on email@example.com
